The outdoor
It is surrounded by a spacious green garden within a 4000 mt suggestive acre of ancient olive grove, mediterranean plants and UNESCO dry stone walls.
This fully detached villa sits in a peaceful location just ten minutes walk to the beach (900 meters) where absolute peace, privacy and relax are guaranteed. The accessible southern Italian style roof offers fascinating top views on the beach and surroundings, the sunset over the sea is a must. The villa’s verandas and patios allow to get shadow during the hottest hours of the day and to enjoy al fresco dinners whilst still be able to watch the stars. From some bedrooms and spots of the villa it’s possible to get a nice beach view as well.

The pool
The swimming pool has been designed and built in 2019 and is cleaned with salt rather chemical products. The different level of waters (10 cm, 1.2 meters, 2.3 meters) ensure the pool can be enjoyed by infants, children and adults and for relaxing as well as having fun.

The organic field
In some periods of the year, a portion of the garden is dedicated to organic vegetables plantation you can directly take and eat for free.

The playground and sport area
The last part of the villa is equipped with sport tools and children playground. There are a body weight calisthenics small gym, elastic cardio trampoline (available upon request and approval) and a ghost ship game with swing and rope bridge for children.

The villa is made up of three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 sleeps considering the living room as fourth room, two baths, kitchen, living room. The house is accessible to disable people too.
