Del Parque Flats - Puerto Marina is one of the best areas at the Costa del Sol. Located in the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmadena (Benalmadena Harbour), where restaurants, bars, boat trips, water and nautical activities meet every day of the year.
The apartments enjoy direct views of the harbor, just in front of the boats and with a roof-top swimming pool opened all around the year.We have several apartments, all with views to the port, most of them with terraces and some in the islands of the port, just above the boats.
Apartments are bright, spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, with a fully equipped kitchen, even to enjoy several months, especially in winter.
The pool can be enjoyed the whole year, overlooking the harbor, the sea and the beaches.

The apartment was very nice with anything we could ask for. One very big drawback was that there was no access to the pool as it was closed when we arrived due drought or no cleaning or whatever. The big issue is that is was obvious that it had been closed for a longer period and we were not told before arrival. There is room for improvement here.

We had a lovely 5 night stay. The beds were very comfortable and had a lovely people watching balcony for sunny breakfasts and pre dinner drinks! Our only negative was that we were not aware of the pool being closed but the beach being so close we didn’t miss this too much. Although it did look so beautifully appealing with the stunning views up there. We will definitely be back!!
