Alexandra has plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, and is well designed to provide relaxed living for families or couples. A set of steps, at one side of the building, leads into Alexandra. As you enter the house you are struck by the coolness and by the breathtaking views. The spacious lounge opens on to the terrace that wraps the house on three sides, getting the benefit of the sun all day long.

The living room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and free WIFI. There are sea views from the living room.
Kitchen
The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Alexandra has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT


If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
