Charming Apartment in the Heart of Palma
This "Rural Tourism" certified apartment is located in an emblematic building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia.
The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, while also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old).
It features one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a crib for an additional cost of €10 per day.
If needed, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is situated on a very quiet street in the old town with minimal vehicle traffic.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, offering easy access to start exploring the city.
From here, you can enjoy pleasant strolls through the historic center and discover the true essence of Palma: its charming streets, architecture, and its wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. Parking: Parking is available upon request for an additional charge, subject to availability. House Rules: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with this rule will incur a penalty. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without a refund of the booking amount, and may also retain the security deposit. Booking Conditions: A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay and returned after departure once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, lost keys, or excessive trash left behind, or if the apartment is left in an inadequate state of cleanliness, corresponding charges may be applied and deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional Information: The apartment is located in an area with restricted access for residents.
If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas can arrange circulation permits with the City Council.

We had a great stay at Vintage Palma Palace. The appartment is situated on a very good location, in a few steps from shops, bars, restaurants and the great buildings. Within 10 minutes you walk to the beach or you take the bus to Playa Illetes.
The service by whatsapp with suggestions, info and tips was also great!

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Best location near the cathedral and walking distance to very good restaurants. We rented through Priority and would use them again. They are very efficient and attentive to our needs.

We wanted to stayed in Palma old town and Vintage Palma Palace was a great choice. We loved the location. There are many restaurants and shops around. Only few min away from the Cathedral. Communication with agent was excellent. They gave us plenty of information. Also they provide us permission for the car access to the villa in a very short notice.
