Possible arrival and departure times: arrival: between 2pm and 8pm, departure: no later than 10am
Deposit: you have to pay 90% of the total price 14 days before your stay. If you book short-term (7 days or later) you have to pay the total price as the deposit.

Cancellation conditions: A 6 euro fee will be charged for cancellations or changes. All cancellations or changes of booking 7 days before your arrival will be charged with 90% of the total price. As well as not arrivals.
