Great apartment in a small community of 8  family properties, with a community pool. Located on the seafront, with direct access to Cala d'Aiguafreda and just 9 minutes on foot, along the beautiful coastal path, we arrive at Sa Tuna Beach.

10 minutes by car from the center of Begur. Costa Brava.

Capacity for 6 people, 3 rooms 

Consists of two floors, on the first floor we find three rooms; a suite with a shower in the bathroom, two double rooms with sea views, one with two beds, the other with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor is the living room, open to the terrace with spectacular views of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a small room equipped with a washer and dryer and a guest bathroom.

It has air conditioning, awning on the terrace, parking in the community (not assigned)

Reservations from 10/15 to 04/30, there is a supplement of € 10 / day for heating.

We inform you that according to Legislative Decree 1/2023, of February 28, due to the extreme drought that we are currently experiencing, it is forbidden to water the lawn of any private property.
There are also restrictions on the full filling of pools and human consumption. Given this exception, we can't guarantee the condition of the gardens. The swimming pools can be maintained, as well as the plants and shrubs, but with limited watering schedules. Therefore, the gardens will probably not be as green and pretty as they usually are.
But all this is only assumptions and we will have to be attentive to climatological changes. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
