Discover our inviting Scandinavian-style holiday home, located in the idyllic Extertal valley in the heart of the Weserbergland region. This cosy semi-detached house is nestled in a holiday park and offers enough space for four adults and one child on around 70 m² of living space, ideal for a relaxing stay. The living and dining area invites you to linger with a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a music system and a wood-burning stove. A dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, electric hob, fridge and many other kitchen utensils to make holiday cooking easy. The house also has three quiet bedrooms with new mattresses and attractive laminate flooring as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a sauna for maximum relaxation.
Outside, the fully fenced private garden with terrace offers the perfect place to relax. Equipped with sun loungers, an electric barbecue and garden furniture, this space is ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh air or cosy barbecues under the stars. The garden also has a private parking space for your car and a garden shed for bicycles, so your mobility is also assured.
