Relaxing home in Flagstaff awaits you. This home offers 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 8! All bedrooms have a TV to stream your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals, just bring the food. There is an outdoor grill, fire pit, and lots of seating to enjoy the stars. Close to NAU, Historic Downtown, and highways to the Grand Canyon, Williams, Page, and Sedona.

We love this funky house, it is from the 70's Flagstaff era so it has character. We have been upgrading this property as we go, and every one of it's furnishings are brand new! Our next projects are to epoxy the garage and add some additional backyard lights/game areas. Right now there is pretty good lighting and horseshoes, but we want to add some cornhole and overall swankiness by the summer. We still have a couple of doors that stick a bit, but like I said, it's a Flagstaff house from the 70's! Even though the bones are from the 70's, everything else in the house is from 2021!

The backyard and deck are very private and you don't have anyone behind you to block your view or be judgie. The front of the house is actually fairly quiet because it's on a dead end street. You may pick up a bit of freeway noise of the back porch, but nothing more than a murmur. Comfy comfy seating out there.

I am easily reachable by texts if there are any issues. I am up in Flagstaff about 50% of the time, so most likely I am nearby. But I also have staff/handymen that can help with any other issues.

Quite neighborhood with a great view of the mountain. Not a lot of traffic as it is a dead end.
Primary renter must be 25 or over
If any rules are not followed, renters will be charged the damage deposit of $250.
-If cigarettes or e-cigarettes are found on the property or the smell of smoke is detected in the house, you will be charged.
-If a you have a party at the home and/or there are more guests in the home than agreed to on your reservation, you will be charged.
-If you damage something in the home or on the property and do not report it, you will be charged.
-If you have a pet in the home without prior permission by your host, you will be charged.
