In the heart of the village of Montmerle-sur-Saône, this 1920 bourgeois house with indoor swimming pool can accommodate up to 15 people in its 5 bedrooms upstairs.
This Art Deco house combines charm and comfort, with a crazy year-round atmosphere in this house.
The house is located in a residential area, with private garden, parking and secure access to enjoy the calm of the place.
As soon as the porch opens, the decor is set and is nothing but a parade of shimmering colors.
At the entrance, on your left, the indoor swimming pool is heated, secure and unique with its wooden deck; on your right the exceptional reception hall with its stained glass windows, its fireplace (with insert and in operation), its large wooden staircase leading to the bedrooms, the gigantic crystal chandelier.
From the hall you have direct access to the large living room characterized by its bow window, the dining room with refined decoration, equipped with a video projector.
From the hall, on your left, a corridor leads to the kitchen with a French window giving direct access to the garden.
Comfortable and functional kitchen with adjoining laundry room.
Independent WC.
Upstairs are the 5 bedrooms with strong characters with extravagant bathrooms and private WC.
Royal Blue atmosphere, for the half landing which leads to the small private living room (double sofa bed) and the Louise Brooks bedroom (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed).
A few steps lead onto a large corridor which leads to the 4 bedrooms on either side: Joséphine Backer (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180) with private terrace and view of the Saône, Coco Chanel (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180) in purple colors, Mistinguett (4 beds of 90 or 2 bunk beds) and Suzanne Lenglen (with her pull-out chaise longue and her bed in 90) in chocolate and green tones.

Ecellent séjour dans le Castel de Valrose. La maison est très spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée, avec de la literie de qualité, et bien située à deu pas de la Saône. La piscine intérieure est un plis très apprécié. Super accueil par M. Hamed

Cadre exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très grande l. Les chambres spécieuses avec salle de de bain et wc dans chacune d’elles.Très grand terrain. La maison est très bien équipée . La piscine en plus tout était parfait

Idéalement situé auprès de la saône, pour se promener et admirer le panorama depuis la tour des minimes. La maison, comme le jardin est des plus apréciable pour passer du temps en famille. Tout le monde a apprécié le séjour, par son calme et son dépaysement. De très bons souvenirs pour l'ensemble.
