Level 1: lounge, dining room, kitchen with direct access to garden (on same level). 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (2 single beds) each with own shower room and WC. Carefully renovated apartment on 1st floor of owners' house (originally a hostel for textile mill workers) in centre of Saillans, with view of Les 3 Becs (mountain).
Totally separate entrance, large terrace overlooking garden (a peaceful haven open to occupants of gîte).
Stroll around the village's narrow streets (known as 'violes') where you can see traces of its medieval past with 12th century Romanesque church.
Saillans is ideally located for outdoor sports activities: climbing, mountain biking, walking/hiking trails (Trois Becs mountain, Cresta rocks), canoeing and swimming in river Drôme and its tributaries.
