Quinta do Mocho is a charming holiday villa affording a prime location in Alcaria with marvellous countryside views. It's ideal for people who want to be away from the crowded tourist centres but close to all facilities, beautiful golden beaches are located approx. 15 minutes drive away.


Traditional and very homey single level country villa with Wi-Fi, in a peaceful location, with swimming pool and stunning views over vast fields with typical Portuguese trees.


The villa combines the countryside feeling and the proximity to the charming village of Paderne, with many facilities. The house is 3km away from the traditional village of Paderne and only 15km (15 minutes drive) from the beach.


In this villa, all you have to do is relax and enjoy the best the site has to offer. Your stay will certainly be a unique experience and to repeat in the near future!


The Property

Ground Floor: Entrance hall, 3 bedrooms (2 w/double bed and another with a bunk bed set), 2 bathrooms, 1 large lounge, dining area, TV, DVD Player, Sound System and also an amazing terrace with view to the swimming pool;


The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, hob, dishes & utensils. There is also a washing machine and an iron.


Outside: completely walled and fenced property, with large parking facilities for several cars and direct. The swimming pool is located at the back of the property and has sun the whole day, surrounded by lawn. By the outdoor dining area, you will find the traditional brick built barbeque and a wood oven where you will be able to cook delicious pizzas and much more.


Car Hire is recommended and if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.



The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.


**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**



Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00

Check-out schedule: 10:00


Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).



Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.



Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)



Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts.



Prices up to 7 people.

The 8th and 9th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).



The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.


VAT included in the accommodation price.


The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
