During the day, we are available for any needs, and at night, important emergencies are handled to ensure guest peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any doubts, and handing over the keys personally. – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation. House Rules and Timings – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed. Note 1.
Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
This circumstance does not exempt the client from their obligation to take care of the property during their stay.
No charges will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be removed beforehand at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator. Note 2.
In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities. Note 3.
Electricity consumption is included in the accommodation price. Note 4.
In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Likewise, when possible, a protective pool fence can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, of €50.
However, there is a self check-in option with staff welcome the following day.

Das Haus war perfekt, tolle Betten und überhaupt. Hab geschlafen wie ein Bär. Küche alles da was man braucht. Toller großer Pool. Und tolle Bepflanzung. Immer wieder gerne. Nicht weit zu den Stränden. Dankeschön ❤️❤️
Es ist seht zu empfehlen. Innenausstattung sehr sehr schön und toller Blick auf die Berge.
Das es keine gemütlichen Gartenmöbel gab, nur immer Stühle, es gibt so tolle Rattanmöbel als Sofa. In der Solarecke die Holzmöbel geht garnicht, alles kaputt gewesen und Rasen fehlte ganz. Schirm umgekippt. Nicht schön. Schade

Although we were out and about the time we were there the outdoor area and the pool was lovely.
The road to get to the property was busy at times which was a bit tricky especially at night time.
Recommendations
A welcome pack would have been appreciated give the fact that we arrived late and the supermarket was about to close.
Also a ‘rules and recommendation’ would have helped giving reco...
