Villa Bea is a cosy 3 bedroom villa situated in the area of Cap d'Artrutx, Menorca.

Traditional house with a more modern internal touch with a very pleasant porch.

Inside there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with double bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 with 2 single beds each and sharing a bathroom.

The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Spacious and comfortable living-dining room with satellite TV, free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay.

The outdoor area includes a magnificent private swimming pool surrounded by lawns and a cosy garden with sunbeds. During the summer evenings you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue.

The organisation of parties or events of any kind is not permitted.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.




Pets are not allowed.



Tourist tax

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.


In the event that this tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it must be paid before arrival by card, or at the reception of the accommodation, if it is attended in person.
