The house has a large 8m x 4m swimming pool outside, surrounded by tall palm trees and nature, offering you the possibility of sunbathing while enjoying a refreshing drink and relaxing in one of the eight hammocks available for this purpose. In addition, you can find several rest areas also outside or where you can share pleasant moments with family or friends while enjoying a good glass of wine.

The outdoor area has a covered porch with a large table and 8 chairs where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while enjoying the morning breeze.

The preparation of a delicious barbecue on the outdoor grill completes a pleasant evening with friends and family.

Or how about a game of table tennis? The house offers enough space for families with children. The little ones have fun playing in the beautiful green and well-kept meadow.



Able for up to 8 people, it is very spacious with 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. The ground floor bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The other bathroom and the remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a third full bathroom outside, which is located on the terrace area.

A fully equipped kitchen allows you to venture out to prepare some Mediterranean style recipes and enjoy them on the large covered terrace. Inside there is also a table equipped with 8 chairs.

Equipped to the last detail with air conditioning throughout, Smart TV, wifi, recently renovated kitchen... Ideal for a perfect holiday.



The village of Lloret de Vista Alegre is about 5 minutes away by car. Located in the centre of the island, so the finca is an excellent starting point for excursions and walks around the city of Palma de Mallorca or to any of the coasts. All the beaches of the island are easily accessible.
