Traditional and charming villa in Cap d'Artruix where you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the company of your family or friends. It can accommodate up to six people and offers the possibility of enjoying long summer days in the private swimming pool, sunbathing on the sun loungers or preparing a tasty barbecue and enjoying it on the terrace. In the living-dining room you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie on the plasma TV or listen to music from the loudspeaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and all the utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other two have two single beds that can be joined together if necessary.

Villa Nurimar is located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the seafront promenade and is only 2km from Cala'n Bosch beach.

No parties or events of any kind are allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it must be paid before arrival by credit card.
