The spacious, sunny holiday flat is located in the centre of the old town of Cervo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. (see award: " i borghi più belli d'Italia ").
The quiet location high above the sea offers relaxation and regeneration. The sea can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach bars and parks can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Cervo is a dreamy little village right by the sea and is located on the Riviera of Flowers between Genoa and Nice or Monaco. The landlord lives in the village.
The flat is typically built over several floors. On the first floor is the bedroom with French doors and a single bed. Most of the flat is on the next floor: the kitchen, the bright dining area with adjoining open-plan living area, the bedroom with a single bed and the master bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and the small bathroom with shower.
From all bedrooms and the living room there is a fantastic view of the sea and the wide bay of Diano Marina. A few steps further up is the main bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin as well as two daylight windows. A few steps further up is the unique roof terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sunset in the evening.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a gas hob.
There is a washing machine for shared use nearby in the neighbouring house.
The roof terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and garden lounger. There is a private car park in the neighbourhood.
The property is located in the medieval old town of Cervo with its characteristic narrow streets. It can only be reached on foot, by scooter or bicycle. A stepless alley leads to the holiday flat.
The staircase to the roof terrace is quite steep and unsuitable for children and infirm guests. Children and infirm guests must not use these stairs and the roof terrace unsupervised. The windows should also be kept closed with children, as the flat is on the upper floors.
The landlord has a rowing boat and several single and double canoes on the beach at Cervo, which can be used on request. There is also a private room with table tennis and table football as well as free WiFi.
The distance to the beach is about 300 metres on foot.
The beach is accessible via a ramp so that a pushchair, for example, can also be taken along.
A supermarket and a bakery are approx. 600 metres away. Larger supermarkets are about 3 km away.
Cervo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (with the award: "I borghi piú belli d`Italia") and is located between the well-known seaside resorts of Diano Marina and Alassio on the sun-kissed Ligurian coast.
A supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and a kiosk as well as bars, restaurants and pizzerias can be reached in seven minutes on foot or in two minutes by car. Nice restaurants and cosy pubs can be found in the old town or along the beach.
The beautiful area is not only ideal for a beach holiday, but also offers impressive views on hikes or tours by bike or mountain bike in the neighbouring hinterland. The new cycle path directly along the sea from Imperia to San Remo (approx. 27 km), which was built on the former railway line, is also highly recommended.
A trip to the water park in Ceriale (24 km), the stalactite caves in Toirano (25 km) and the aquarium in Genoa (90 km) are particularly suitable for children. Alassio (11 km to the east) is a great place for a stroll and Imperia (7 km to the west) impresses with its harbour and chic yachts, the weekly market, the Olive Museum, the Maritime Museum and the Planetarium as well as characteristic bars and many restaurants. Monte Carlo is also definitely worth a visit. You can drive there on the motorway in around 50 minutes.
