The Rou Estate - Acanthus is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa with open plan kitchen and dining area and a large sitting room. There is wifi and air conditioning.
The Rou Estate Acanthus has a beautiful rock garden with a private plunge pool at it's centre (2.1m by 3.3m). There is an outside eating area, sun terrace and barbecue, as well as access to the large shared infinity pool (14m by 9m) and snack bar.
The Rou Estate is situated in the foothills of Mount Pantokrator, with spectacular views out across the sea towards the stunning Albanian coast. There are 14 villas in total all beautifully restored and a large shared pool and snack bar. There is a taverna only 5 minutes away and a supermarket 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful beachfront village of Agios Stephanos is a 20 minute drive away as is the main town of Kassiopi. The beaches and tavernas of Avlaki and Agni are a 15 minute drive away.
Acanthus is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the number of steps
