Villa Ribes, located in Binibeca has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

It is located 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de Binibeca", 3 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Binibeca", 7 km from the town "Sant Lluís" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

It has a beautiful garden, garden furniture, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private swimming pool, TV and DVD.

The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Two of the bedrooms have two beds each and one bedroom has a double bed. There are 3 toilets with showers.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a mandatory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.



The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax", to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the price of the reservation, it must be paid before arrival by credit card.
