GROUND FLOOR located in a secure, bright and spacious complex of 150m² for 4 to 6 persons with a magnificent view on the swimming pool. 100% airco & WIFI.

It has 2 bedrooms with electronic air-conditioning, each one independent (1*double bed and 1*2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1* shower + bath + washbasin and 1* shower + washbasin), 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons located in the living room equipped with air-conditioning (+ smart TV, DVD-USB-BLU RAY player), a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a separate freezer part (+ coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.), a laundry room with a modern washing machine (+ cleaning products), as well as an ironing board with a steam iron, and a vacuum cleaner. A hairdryer is also available, as well as some personal hygiene products such as shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper... The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

In the spacious garden for private use (with direct access to the swimming pool), you will be able to take advantage of 2 very comfortable deckchairs to relax and sunbathe.

Attached to the apartment is a private garage in the basement (ideal during the summer heat) which is at your disposal during your stay.

The 2 large swimming pools (salt water), with 2 separate paddling pools for small children, and the facilities (showers, parking, ...) are only for the use of the tenants and owners of the complex. In High Season, all the swimming pools are accessible 24 hours a day; sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge.

This accommodation is approved for tourist rental and complies with the quality standards established by the Community of Andalusia ('Decreto 28/2016, de 2 de febrero, de las viviendas con fines turísticos': VFT/AL/01411).

SUMMER 2020 from 1 July to 31 August: minimum stay 7 nights. Other period of the year: minimum stay 5 nights.

MAXIMUM OCCUPATION: 4 adults and 2 children (up to 14 years old).

OPEN POOLS: 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open all year round; AND 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September.

The apartment is located precisely in Puerto-Rey in the complex called the "Kasbah del Puerto", a few minutes away from Vera Playa, Garrucha (typical port village), Villaricos and Mojácar. Each village has its own weekly market on different days, so you can discover them all if you wish!

It is close to all amenities (several shops and restaurants within 500m... you can easily get there on foot) and countless tourist attractions (water parks, sports centres, golf courses, karting, tennis, diving and other water sports, playgrounds, cycling, horse riding, marinas, etc...).

At the exit of the complex there is a bus stop with a regular bus service that connects the entire coast (from Carboneras to San Juan de los Terreros/Púlpi) with the city centre of Vera.

For those who love nature in its 'wild' state, only 30 minutes by car is the village of Carboneras, where the Cabo de Gata Natural Park begins, a natural reserve recognized by UNESCO: landscapes, walks and various coves with transparent azure water will amaze you!

For sports enthusiasts or if you are looking for "strong" sensations, you will really find what you are looking for because the region also offers many possibilities for water sports, cycling in difficult desert terrain, horse riding in the middle of nature, caving and karting.

Golf is very popular in Puerto Rey. The apartment is located only a few kilometers from very large golf courses such as: Desert Springs, Val D'Este and Cortijo but it is also close to many other less known sites. Staying in Puerto Rey is in itself an excellent address to play golf, even more so in winter.

For children, there are many activities for them to enjoy in both summer and winter. Several playgrounds with swings, slides, climbing modules, ... are available free of charge here and there. As the nearest beach (8 minutes walk) is of fine sand, there will be no problem for them to build sand castles or play ball. They will also be able to swim safely as the beach is supervised by several lifeguards during the High Season.

The region is served by 4 airports: Almeria (40 minutes by car), Murcia (1h15), Alicante (2h) and Malaga (3h).
