The house was completely renovated in 2011 and an upper floor added, new kitchen and all the comforts.
On the ground floor there is a a spacious living room with ample seating, satellite TV (big flat screen), DVD player, a stereo system with connectivity for your iPod or MP3 player, wifi, air conditioning, modern woodburner.
The large kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine and toaster. You can also find a small breakfast table.
Next to the kitchen is a separate dining room with a pull out table from 6 to 10 people.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This room has ample space for a third bed or a cot. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are adjacent to the family bathroom. All down-stairs bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower.
On the upper floor there is a cozy seating area, a large bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. The upper bedroom has 4 beds.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is also a large sun terrace on the upper floor where you can enjoy a drink, the tranquility, the beautifull mountain- and seaviews.

Around the house are several seating areas. You always have the choice to sunbaith or sit in the shade.
The pool is 11 meters long and 5 meters wide on average. The depth varies from 80 cm to 1m80.

In the garden you can find a petanque-area, a sitting area, fruit trees, flowers, herbs and mature palm trees .

The house is completely surrounded by a wall of about 2 meters high. This gives you complete privacy and security for the children. On the driveway inside the walls you can park up to 5 cars.

The villa is in a quiet residential area, 2 km from the typical Spanish village of Busot, where you can find a few small shops, bars and some typical Spanish restaurants.
For more choices in terms of shops, supermarkets and restaurants you can go to El Campello (10 minutes drive). You will also come across the necessary banks, doctors, pharmacists ...
3 km further towards Allicante is a Carrefour hypermarket.
El Campello is renowned for its long, wide sandy beaches and harbor.

A few minutes drive from the villa takes you to the Bonalba Golf Club with 18 holes.

In the area, you will also find the caves of Busot , Allicante as shoppingtown , inland for hiking and cycling trips , amusement parks (Aqualandia , Terra Mitica , Mundo Mar ... ) and for lovers of nightlife within 30 minutes you will be in Benidorm.
