This luxurious penthouse, which is situated in La Cala de Mijas, overlooks the nearby golf course and sea. The complex of Calanova Sea Golf is set within beautiful tropical gardens and features a choice of 5 large swimming pools, a children's pool and a pool bar. The 100 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with shower) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV (cable Tv with 200+ channels). Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of several pools, a garden, outdoor furniture, a parasol, a sun blind, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. There are 5 shared swimming pools in the complex.
Open all year round but not heated. The apartment is located a little up in the hills at a short drive from the sea and the village of la Cala de Mijas, in between Malaga airport (30 minutes) and Marbella (20 minutes). The Calanova golf course, just a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, is one of the many well-reputed golf courses in the area. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 522m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 3.67km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 3.29km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 3.67km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 4.97km Playa de la Butibamba. Nearest airport: 36.7km Málaga Airport. Private parking space in a communal enclosed underground car park available. Pets, youth groups and parties are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. The apartment is connected to a securitas alarm in the living room and hallway and at the back of the terrace.

Alt var som på billederne, virkelig fint område, dejlig lejlighed, gode værelser og fin modtagelse.
Måske en gasgrill, som er hurtigere og nemmere at tænde op i. Mere bordplads i køkken, evt kan man fjerne mikroovnen.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with massive terrace. Lovely comfortable bedrooms. En-suite shower was best ever. Dedicated underground parking spot. Few minutes drive from La Cala. Very nice pools.
