Villa Carmen is a comfortable, spacious and modern style villa located in a residential area at only 5 minutes driving to Sitges. It has capacity for 10 people and all the facilities to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Sitges with family and friends.

In the hottest months, his shaded terrace is perfect to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch. Chill out area next to the pool is ideal to take a look at the children while they are bathing and you drink your favourite cocktail.

In the garden area there is a barbecue perfect to taste our good local products!

Main floor:

We find the living and dining room, bright and decorated in modern style. From the dining area you can access to the covered terrace. From the living room you can access to the pool area and the chill out. The living room with a fireplace is perfect for relaxing in those cold days, drinking a tea or reading a book.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge ,freezer and all you can need to prepare a delicious meal.

First floor

On the first floor there are three of the five spacious and bright bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds that open onto the terrace with views to the sea and the pine area. These three bedrooms share a nice bathroom, spacious and covered in marble, that gives a touch of luxury.

Second floor

On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a large double bed. It opens onto the terrace with fantastic views to the mountains and the sea. You can enjoy the silence of the night sitting on the terrace sofa.

The fifth double bedroom and last of the villa. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. These two rooms share the bathroom.

Private pool that can be heated in the months of autumn and winter, with a supplement of € 200 for the autumn months, and € 250 for the winter months.

Heating in all rooms, and air conditioning in living room, double room, and master bedroom. The others bedrooms has fans availables.

Villa in a quiet area, no noise

Just five minutes by car to Sitges, nice town where you can enjoy a Mediterranean cuisine and his beautiful beaches. If you want to visit the fantastic city of Barcelona ​ it is only 30 minutes driving from the villa.

And 5 minutes away, the town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, where you will find a fantastic beach promenade and nautical port, where you can do water sports and eat in some of his good restaurants.

The check ins will be done in the Villa, normally the entrance to the Villa will be from 4pm where the person in charge of receiving them will wait for them upon arrival. Prior to arrival we contact our customers via email where we finalize your entire stay, in case you need some extra accommodation, such as a cot and highchair for your baby. Or they need an extra cleaning, with additional charge.

The passports of all guests will be requested upon check-in to take a photo. The data will be used to make the police record only.

Late check ins extra cost of 40€

In the months of low season, from November to April, there is an additional cost of € 125 / week for heating and electricity.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel the reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund the payment made only in case we are able to re-book the property. If the new reserve price is lower than the initial one, your payment will be returned but according to the new price. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your arrival at the villa, you lose 100%.

In the case of wanting to cancel reservation, there is the possibility of making a change for later dates
