Loft style apartment situated in a quiet pedestrian street, consisting of one bedroom, fully equipped bathroom with shower and a sitting/dining room area with open plan kitchen. The apartment is on the fifth floor with a lift and has a private sun terrace with a lovely view towards the Santa María del Mar Church.
Located in the much sought after Born neighbourhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Barcelona and sites of interest such as las Ramblas, the Cathedral, Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. You are also only 10 minutes on foot from Barcelona’s beaches where you can enjoy the sunshine as well as a wide range of restaurants, shops and other entertainments.
Close to the apartment there is a main line train station as well as a number of metro and bus options for transport to all parts of the city.

CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys. We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am
- The building is equipped with security cameras
DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked

Pretty good apartment in a great location. Really good as a home base, from which to explore Barcelona. The apartment mostly feels like a regular hotel room, so that's roughly what you should expect, mostly just a place to sleep and get ready in the morning.

Great apartment great location Drains tend to have a whiff but that’s Spain for you , love Barcelona loved the apartment the roof terrace is a great spot to escape the city , cosy apartment with everything we needed loved the lift directly into the room aswell will deffo be using next time I’m back in Barca

L emplacement est très bien, au calme.Pour le reste, nous avons été déçues. Nous nous attendions à une petite terrasse comme le laissait à penser la 1ère photo de l annonce, ce qui n est pas le cas...Le studio nécessiterait un raffraichissement pour être en accord avec le tarif payé, et l intimité de la salle de bain qui est juste cloisonnée dans le studio, laisse à désirer.
