The property is located in an idyllic enclave next to the sea and has four double bedrooms to accommodate up to eight people. The house is oriented to outdoor living and has several terrace areas around the house, at the back and to give more privacy there is a ping-pong table, a hammock area, a swimming pool and a barbecue. On the side and front of the house there is terrace furniture to enjoy the marvellous views of the bay of Pollensa.

The house reflects a clear Mallorcan style with exposed beams, the main floor is governed by a large living room oriented to enjoy the sea breeze and the wonderful sea views, on both sides of the living room there are two double bedrooms with double beds (150x200cm) both with sea views, a large fully equipped kitchen and another room with 2 single beds (90x190cm). It also has two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with two single beds (190x190cm).

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.


Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
