Beautiful flat on the seafront, two steps from the sandy beach in one of the quietest residential areas of Alcudia, overlooking the bay of Pollença and Cap Formentor.



Sunset Villa Nixe has a spectacular west facing terrace and dining room where you can enjoy magical sunsets. The flat is located on the first floor of a two-storey villa. The ground floor belongs to another owner. The house has the obligatory holiday rental license. This location is ideal for tranquility, walks along the coast and enjoying the sea without crowds.



Sunset Villa Nixe, furnished with modern design, has 3 bright double bedrooms (one with two single beds and en-suite shower room and two with double bed) and another bathroom with shower for general use of the house. The large independent kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare an excellent dinner during your stay. The comfortable living-dining room with sea and mountain views has a sofa and two armchairs to enjoy a good movie or relax during the hot hours. On the first floor there is a long terrace facing west, where you can enjoy the sunset with views of the sea and Cap Formentor. On the other side, with access from the kitchen, there is another terrace to enjoy breakfast in the Mediterranean sun.



The flat is equipped with wifi and air conditioning (hot and cold). The fireplace is merely decorative (it cannot be used). For a baby up to 2 years old we can prepare a cot and a highchair at no extra cost (on request).



The flat is located in the north of the island, on the coast of the bay of Pollença. It is perfect for water sports such as canoeing, fishing or diving and discovering the reefs of the bay. The nearest supermarkets, restaurants and shops are in Alcúdia (15 minutes on foot), one of the most historic and beautiful towns on the north coast of Mallorca. You can stroll through the area to Es Barcarès, 5 minutes away from the flat, a residential urbanization next to the sea with beaches and coves ideal for a stroll. It is also very close to Mal Pas, where you will find the beautiful natural sandy coves of Sant Joan and Sant Pere, perfect for the whole family. It is a 20 minute walk to the coast of Bonaire, where you can explore small unspoilt coves.
