Welcome to family Hagner. Enjoy your stay in our comfortably furnished vacation apartment. It is spacious and comfortable and is located on the 1st floor of our apartment building. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, a living room with TV and fireplace, two bedrooms with TV, a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, free WLAN connection, bed linen and towels included. Ideal for a family vacation in the Berchtesgadener Land. You are welcome to bring your dog (9,00 EUR/day/dog) by arrangement. Should your darling sleep with you in bed, please bring your own bed linen or blanket. To ensure a relaxed atmosphere for all guests and neighbors, we ask you to be considerate after 22:00 and to reduce noise to a minimum. Parties of any kind are not allowed. Parking spaces are available. Beautiful hiking and biking trails pass by the house, which are very suitable for walks with the dog. Teisendorf is located in the heart of the Rupertiwinkel not far from Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden. Also the Chiemsee is always worth a trip! Our house is located just outside Teisendorf in about 20 min walk to the town center, the historic market street with many stores and gastronomy is worth a visit. Enjoy the view of the Teisenberg, Staufen and Zwiesel from the balcony or winter garden. We have reserved a parking space for your car at the house for you. We are looking forward to your visit!

The above prices do not include the health resort tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Adolescents from 13-17 years pay the reduced fee of EUR 0.50 and children up to 12 years are exempt from the spa fee.

Grüß Gott liebe Feriengäste, unsere großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Südbalkon befindet sich in im 1 Obergeschoß unseres Mehrfamilienhauses und liegt im Ortsteil Grubenhaus ca. 1km von Teisendorf entfernt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inkl., 1 Parkplatz vor dem Haus, weitere Parkplätze entlang der Straße und WLAN kostenlos. Im südöstlichen Teil Bayerns zwischen Chiemsee und Königsee liegt der Rupertiwinkel, das Land vor den Berchtesgadener Alpen. Die Nähe zu den bekannten Ausflugszielen Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Stoißer Alm am Teisenberg, Waginger See und Chiemsee machen unseren Ort einzigartig.
