Whether you are newlyweds, nature lovers, athletes, or simply looking to relax – you will have an unforgettable stay for two in our eco-chalets. **Conditions/Extras** As sustainable vacationing is very important to us, we appreciate a minimum stay of 6 nights.

Shorter stays will incur additional charges. Prices: €277 per night (1 or 2 people) for a 6-day stay, during the Christmas season (December 24th to January 6th) €327 per night. Surcharges per night for short stays: - For 4 or 5 nights, an additional €11 - For 3 nights, an additional €22 - For 2 nights, an additional €52 Payment is made in cash on-site.

A deposit of 50% of the total price may be invoiced after booking. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost.

Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. **Directions** Arrival by car is possible via the A3 motorway. **Unit Description** Our two eco-wood chalets, "Tannenhaus" and "Fichtenhaus," are perfectly suited for 2 people each.

All surfaces are treated exclusively with natural oils and paints.

Additionally, the electrical installation in both houses is shielded, and sleep phase switches are installed in the bedrooms.

Electricity and heat are supplied by the farm's own photovoltaic and wood chip systems. Upon your arrival, our cozy courtyard with a herb garden and water feature will welcome you.

On 70 sqm of living space, you will find an entrance area with a wardrobe, a cozy, large living and dining area with a kitchen, panoramic window, and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The solid wood kitchen, made from our own oak, features a hob with a BORA extractor system, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa with a pull-out bed function, a small desk, a flat-screen TV, and a radio.

The bathroom is equipped with a Finnish and bio-sauna, a rain shower, and underfloor heating.

In the bedroom, untreated furniture, metal-free double beds (1.80 m x 2.00/2.10 m), shielded bedside lamps, natural latex mattresses, and ecological bedding ensure a healthy atmosphere.

Our spacious, covered panoramic terrace with seating and two wooden loungers invites you to relax and enjoy.

The highlight in the outdoor area is the fire water basin.
