It is always good to have a little background knowledge about a holiday rental. Finca Joanna was built by the original owner for his three daughters. That is why the house has three separate flats that share the pool area. In 2020, the villa was sold and the new owner renovated the three flats with great attention to detail and brought them up to today's standards. The house was built in a U-shape. The middle flat is for own use; the flats on the left (LAURA) and on the right (VIOLA) are available for holiday guests. There are four beds in each flat; the pool area is shared.

Casa LAURA has a spacious living room with fireplace for pleasant winter evenings. The house has central heating and can therefore be rented all year round. In the hot summer months, all rooms are cooled by air conditioning. The living room has a dining area for four people, a sofa and a flat screen TV. The colours are grey/white; the floor is easy to maintain. The kitchen has all the amenities; so everything just like at home! There is space for your shopping in the small storage room. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed; the second bedroom has separate beds which you can put together if you wish. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin; all kept in very clean white.

Around the Mediterranean Sea, most of the time, life takes place outdoors. That is why the outdoor area of Finca JOANNA is especially beautiful. Each flat has its own covered terrace under the porch with a lounge corner and a dining table. Here you can have breakfast or read a book comfortably. There are sun loungers for relaxing in the central courtyard. And from here you go up a few steps to the communal pool.

The pool measures 4,5 x 10 m and has three depths. On the plateau at the end there is a round table with four chairs in case you want to take a sunset there. But from there you can also watch the children splashing around. Are you a fan of the barbecue? Then you will like the fact that each flat has its own separate barbecue area. This is also your very private terrace or your private outdoor living room. In addition to a barbecue, there is a dining table with chairs and benches and other loungers under another porch, where you can sleep under palms and rubber trees in your own world. Flat Laura is registered with license number Exp. 4306/2020.

Finca JOANNA is situated in a cul-de-sac in the villa urbanisation SON MOJA near Santanyí, the white sandy beach of Cala Santanyí can be reached by foot in 20 minutes and by car in only 5 minutes. This district belongs to the municipality of Santanyi in the southeast of Majorca, an area still free of mass tourism. From here you can discover the romantic bays and beaches. Cala Figuera, the romantic fishing village, is only 3 km away. Here you will find great gastronomy. The southeast of Mallorca is known for its unspoilt bays and beaches. If you are not afraid of walking, head for the beach of Es Caragol or Es Cabó near Colonia Sant Jordi. Of course, you should also visit the beach of Es Trenc during this holiday. The Santanyi market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is one of the most famous markets in Spain.
