This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of approx. 5.000 sqm, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and en-suite bathroom; one of them with bath and shower. All the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor you can see the pine forests and the villas and even the sea.

The living room on the ground floor opens onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden with palm trees, some olive trees and mature trees. The brick barbecue is conveniently next to the terrace. Around the pool there are terraces with enough space for sun loungers and a beautiful stone lined outdoor shower.



Only one kilometre away is the picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera. Also to Santanyí it is only about 4 kilometres. There you will find everything for your daily needs as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars with live music and the popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Worth a visit is, for example, the Monastery of Santuari de Sant Salvador in Felanitx, perched on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic view of the island or perhaps the busy Sunday market in Felanitx. The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby and offers access to the two beaches, Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador. Don't miss the long white sandy beach, Es Trenc, between Colónia de Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita.
