Beautiful one-bedroom apartment located next to the Joan Miró Museum. Renovated in 2018, it offers stunning sea views and includes private parking. The building is situated in a quiet area and features an elevator, a landscaped area with a communal swimming pool, and additional parking spaces.
Inside, the apartment boasts a bright and airy open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, illuminated by a large window. It includes a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the Na Burguesa mountains.
Amenities include fast Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, and a 55-inch Smart TV.
Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is situated opposite Marivent Palace, the summer residence of the Spanish royal family.
This apartment offers a prime location, modern amenities, and a perfect balance of tranquility and access to services and activities.
The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the area is well connected by public transport.
