Villa Isla is a spectacular newly built, single-story villa or chalet where you can enjoy comfort and quality with its private heated swimming pool (7m x 3.5m).
It is located in a modern complex with a golf course and only 8 minutes from Maspalomas beach.
It is strategically oriented to the west, thus enjoying more hours of sunshine and privileged sea views.
This beautiful home, with its own style, consists of two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Through large sliding doors, you access the large terrace that allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the golf course, the sea, and the mountains.
Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
On the other hand, there is a modern living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table, and an integrated kitchen with all the necessary utensils, including a dishwasher.
This fantastic private villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a safe, barbecue, and everything you need to make guests feel as comfortable as they would at home.
The interior of the villa is designed with modern and original interior design, which combine in perfect harmony, with an open space and large windows to allow natural light to enter.
The exterior stands out for its fabulous private heated swimming pool (7 x 3.4 x 1.4 m), surrounded by artificial grass, a Balinese bed, and comfortable sun loungers.

Was für ein herrlicher Aufenthalt! Der private, beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight, besonders nach einem langen Tag am Strand. Wir haben es geliebt, auf den Sonnenliegen zu entspannen und die Aussicht zu genießen.
