Simple house with a garden and private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, where you can find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 6 people.
Outdoor area with a spacious and beautiful garden and a private pool (7x3m), with a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and lunches by the pool.
Parking for 2 cars.
Indoor area of 100 m2 with a small and simple dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, such as: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
The washing machine is located in the garage.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Wifi included.
Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later via bank transfer.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
This property is for families only.
Reservations from young people under 35 years old are not permitted.
Conditions for groups: In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person in cash must be paid to the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure via bank transfer.
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or make noise after 9:00 PM.
In case of violation of any of these conditions, the client must leave the property without any right to a refund.

- Der Pool war schön warm und mit salzwasser
- schlechte küchen ausstattung keine küchen tücher, keine tabs, kein spülmittel, hand seife, tupperware war auch nicht vorhanden, mussten alles selber kaufen. Also wir haben bei diesem Preis mehr erhofft.
- Die betten waren zu Kurz und nicht wirklich bequem
- Mühsam beim Check out, schlüssel abgabe bei Lloret de Mar

La piscina está muy bien
La casa está muy anticuada y no estaba muy limpia, había chicles debajo de las camas.
Deberían hacer un cambio de colchones por lo menos
