Vora Mar 31 is a perfectly located beachfront apartment on the renowned 'Pine Walk'.
Offering sensational views along with a wealth of nearby amenities, this apartment combines a prime location with breathtaking vistas and can accommodate up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Internally, it is air-conditioned in the lounge and bedrooms.
The bright lounge offers incredible bay views and access to a beachfront balcony where you can take your time and soak up the calm and scenery.
The separate, fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need, and also leads to a utility room.
One bathroom and one shower room service the 5 guests, who can sleep in one double bedroom and two further bedrooms each with a trundle bed.
The apartment is on a third floor with no lift access, and on the top floor our guests can enjoy the communal rooftop terrace with built-in barbecue, which is shared with the first and second-floor apartments.
Thanks to its location, this apartment is also perfect for all those guests who do not wish to depend on a car during their holiday, as facilities of all kinds are practically on your doorstep! Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Information to note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Amazing location, with beautiful views. Conveniently close to the beach, shops and a plethora of restaurants and bars. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Customer service ahead of our stay was brilliant - responsive, clear and friendly. We would definitely recommend and will likely revook another time.
