Villa Azzurra is located inside the Regional Park area Costa Otranto-S.M.di Leuca, at about 850 meters from the sea and a few minutes drive from Santa Maria di Leuca.


The property is surrounded by greenery, it has a wonderful seaview and guarantees absolute tranquility and privacy. It is situated far from the traffic and close to the sea, it is the right solution for families or groups of friends as it can accommodate up to 9 guests (an additional extra beds on request) with 2 separate lodgings and a large private garden.


Villa Azzurra is composed of 1 four-room apartment (of about 90 square meters), of 1 outbuildings (of about 25 square meters) and a large private garden (of about 3000 square meters).


The main house has 6 sleep beds, and consists of a built-in kitchen with oven, accessories and crockery; a spacious and bright seaview open space with air-conditioning and a fireplace; 1 triple bedroom (with french bed); 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower.



In addition to the main house there are 1 outbuildings, with the air-conditioning and 3 beds (queen size bed and single bed), a full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchenette and mosquito nets.


Outside there are an external oven / barbecue, good to prepare excellent pizzas or organize a tasty barbecue; an outdoor shower; another bathroom; a laundry corner with washing machine; deckchairs, chairs, benches and a large wooden table.



The large open space, the privileged position and the services make Villa Azzurra very comfortable and interesting.


The main veranda dominates the villa offering a beautiful atmosphere at any time of the day, from the seaview sunrise to the dinner, or relaxing in the garden and reading a book surrounded by the nature.


Villa Azzurra is less than 15 minutes walk from the beautiful and clear waters of Marina di Novaglie and less than 3 km from the town of Corsano, which has all the necessary services (pharmacy, supermarkets, patisserie, gas station, banks , gym, etc.).
