ISLA CARTAGO
A beautiful rustic townhouse of 100 m2 spread over three floors, with 3 bedrooms, a small 4-meter boat mooring, and a private garage (garage height: 2.10m).
Recommended for up to 6 people.
Quiet, sunny location, 600 m from the sea, on the canal bank.
Isla Cartago is in the district, 500 m from the center of Empuriabrava.
Air conditioning throughout the house.
Sheets and towels are not included in the booking price and have an extra cost. Isla Cartago is a popular pedestrian area resembling a typical village, filled with flowers and plants, very pleasant and tranquil, built on an island within Empuriabrava's canal system.
Access to the island is via a small private bridge; car access is prohibited.
The house is a 100-meter walk from the bridge.
The garage is on the other side of the pedestrian bridge. Ground floor: Living room with two large sofas, a small table, satellite TV (international channels).
Access to the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Direct access to the 4-meter boat mooring.
Open kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cupboards.

C'est notre plus beau séjour ! Tout y était : le charme du quartier, la proximité des commerces, le confort de la maison, la vue sur le canal et l'accueil de l'agence Barneda pour la remise des clés. Nous reviendrons !

Début très agréable, cependant très gros travaux dans la maison mitoyenne, heureusement l'agence a très bien géré et nous a relogé le soir même dans un grand appartement à Rosas. Merci à l'agence.

Nette Gastgeberin, mit der Agentur hat auch alles bestens geklappt, das Haus ist sehr schön zentral und ruhig gelegen, mit einer etwas und die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung, aber alles sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei der nächsten Gelegenheit sicher wiederkommen. Absolut zu empfehlen…
