Enter this coastal condo and be greeted by the comforts of home and rays of sunshine through the sliding door that leads to your private patio. With a charming, open concept kitchen and living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to cook up yummy meals as well as a dining area that seats 4. Love Coffee? A drip-style coffee maker is provided. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach.
When it's time to settle in for the night, the kids can retire to the second bedroom that has two twin beds and a flatscreen TV. Parents can retire to the master bedroom featuring a cozy queen bed. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
Benefits of the Gulf Village complex include outdoor pool that is exclusively for guests staying at the complex as well as the pool located across the street on the beach and numerous shopping and dining locations. You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
