Come and enjoy this new architect-designed villa decorated in a contemporary style and benefiting from a southern exposure with its beautiful heated outdoor pool.
Situated not far from the GR34 coastal road, a few metres from the beaches, this contemporary house welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends.
It can accommodate up to 10 people and has a beautiful and bright living room of 60 m², a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and 5 bedrooms, all of which have sea views from the first floor. You will also benefit from an outdoor area with a terrace and a swimming pool and for the more active among you, there is a table football, a dart board, a PS3 and board games.
Wifi and baby equipment available, everything is there for a most pleasant stay!

With a surface area of 150 m², the house extends over 2 levels and is composed as follows
On the ground floor
- A beautiful and bright living room of 60 m² including two sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a dining table for 10 guests.
- An open, modern and fully equipped kitchen: a central island, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, cooking plates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, Nespresso coffee pods, crockery and cutlery.
- Bedroom 1 overlooking the terrace: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bathroom: Italian shower, washbasin and towel rail.
- Separate WC with a hand-washer.
On the first floor
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with access to a balcony with sea view.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with access to a balcony with sea view.
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with sea view.

Activities
If the town centre is inland, its two small ports have made the reputation of Clohars-Carnoët. Le Pouldu, located at the mouth of the Laïta, is surrounded by magnificent fine sandy beaches. At the other end of the commune is the port of Doëlan, which can easily be explored on foot. For hiking enthusiasts there is the famous GR 34, but the inland area also offers many possibilities. The forest of Carnoët and the abbey of Saint-Maurice will seduce lovers of wooded nature.The diversity of landscapes around Clohars is not the only wealth of the region. In the summer, you can take advantage of numerous cultural offers such as the animations proposed by Les sorties de bain, every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A newcomer to the festival scene, the Rias takes place in the Quimperlé area at the end of August. Street theatre is in the spotlight and all performances are free! Lorient being 20 kilometres away, the Interceltic Festival finally resounds throughout the region with the sound of bombards and other bagpipes.
