The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people.

Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground.
The stately farmhouse from the 11th century is situated at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny Ritten plateau in the heart of South Tyrol.
Quiet yet central, the farmhouse offers panoramic views of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the village of Lengmoos.
The center of Klobenstein is just a 10-minute walk away.
Nearby, you will find the Ritten Earth Pyramids, public transport, a speed skating rink (10 minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (4 km away).
An outdoor pool and a bathing lake are also close by.
From May to November, you can fish at the property's lake.
The Ritten Card is included in your stay and allows free use of public transport as well as other benefits.
There are four parking spaces available on the property.
Pets (dogs only) are allowed for an additional fee.
Children are welcome.

There are recycling rules; further information will be provided on site.

Very nice host but hard to communicate with her limited English. Paper towels in kitchen would have been nice. Also, skillets should have been thrown away. Very small bathroom, as expected. However, if you are large you may not be able to fit into extremely tight space for toilet.
