The holiday property Cortijo de la Luz is practically furnished and is located in Andalusia, Almunecar on the Costa Tropical with breathtaking sea views. It has its own driveway with ample free parking and 3000 m² of land with a Mediterranean garden.

The pool measures 8 x 4.5 metres and invites you to enjoy a dip. The sheltered, idyllic bay "Playa de Cabria" is within walking distance. Other bays are the "Playa de Tesorillo" and the "Galera Playa". These are ideal for families and can be reached within 5 minutes by car (or 20 minutes on foot).

The property has a second flat with almost identical facilities. Both flats have individual access, each with its own sunny balcony. These are not visible from the neighbouring balcony.

The large pool terrace of approx. 75 m² has a barbecue area, furniture and a wonderful view over the sea.

Each flat has 1x double bed, 2x single beds and an extra bed or sofa bed. In addition, there is free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, shower/WC, gas heating, fans, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.

There is another shower with WC by the pool.

Shopping facilities are approx. 5 minutes away by car.

If required, an extra bed is also available.
