Beautiful two-story villa with a heated pool and fantastic views of the golf course.
The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the Salobre Golf course, with views of the golf course and the mountains.
It is the perfect location, just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the southern part of the island.
The house: Bright and modern villa with beautiful design details.
Upstairs, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower, 1 living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, and 1 laundry room.
The house is well-equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, safe, air conditioning (hot/cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV, and DVD player.
The outdoor area: The spacious outdoor area with views of the golf course offers a covered terrace and the pool area for relaxation.
Outdoors, there is a terrace, dining area, sun loungers, garden, parking, and a private pool (5.5m x 3.5m) with a solar cover (ideal swimming temperatures cannot be guaranteed).
Notes: Towels and bed linen are provided.
Intermediate cleaning with linen change for stays longer than 7 nights.
Pool cleaning once a week.

Bread service (per person) €1.50/day. 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot: free.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed, except outdoors.
Minimum stay of 6 nights.

The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants, and a supermarket.
