The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the Salobre Golf course with views of the golf course and mountains.
It is the perfect spot, just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful golden sand beaches of the south of the island. The House Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom, terrace access, en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a bath and shower.
On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 living room with a dining area, and 1 kitchen. The house is perfectly equipped with an electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot/cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV, and DVD player. The house has two sun loungers and no more are provided. The Outdoor Area The outdoor area has a terrace, sun loungers, garden, and parking.
There is also a common area for the Morro golf complex with a terrace, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a communal pool with electric pool heating (01.10 - 31.05.). IMPORTANT NOTICE: for some months now, construction of a new villa complex has begun behind the Golfers complex.
Work on the site with heavy machinery should be completed by December 2022, although there may be temporary impediments causing delays.
