Die kleine Südterrasse ist für die Vormittagssonne sehr wichtig. Die große Nordterrasse ist abends einfach sehr kühl ( für Bayern).sehr ruhige Lage, optimales bauliches Wohlfühlambiente. Sehr gepflegtes Interieur. Extrem gepflegte Außenanlagen incl. Swimmingpool!! In direkter Nähe ein Naturschutzpark, die Küste und - italienisches Restaurant La Lapa

Die Anlage und die Fewo ist hervorragend.
Die Fewo bedarf einer leichten Renovierung.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die excellente Betreuung durch das Fachpersonal im Büro.
