We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Rosières in the heart of Ardeche in order to be able to discover this beautiful area, this charming house of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows
Day space:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine... and dining area.
Night space:
- Bedroom 1 (North-West facing) : a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet.
- Bedroom 2 (West facing): a queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with shower and changing table.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior
- A beautiful garden of about 3,000 m², partially enclosed, all exposure and with trees.
- A covered terrace of about 12 m² facing South with a clear view and furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Rosières, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, not overlooked with a clear view on the Ardéchoise hills. The river is 5 minutes away by car. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby.
Activities
You will be able to enjoy all the picturesque sites of this beautiful region: medieval cities, (Joyeuse is a recognized cultural pole) historical centers, castles, museums..., Natural and unusual sites: Vallon pont d'Arc, Gorges du Chassezac, the Chauvet cave, gorges de la Baume, Défilés de Ruoms, Bois de Païolive, Canyon, miniature village, rond de Fade, dinosaur footprint, cave sarcophagi, caves, avens..., and very developed leisure and sports activities: canoeing, climbing, Via Ferrata, accrobranche, hiking, karting, cycling, swimming in the Beaume river at 10 minutes by car, municipal swimming pool at about 10 minutes by car. ..
Event: Aluna Festival in June (Shuttles available with departure from the Intermarché shopping area).
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park outside the house.

- Nearest train station: Montélimar train station located about 55 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Nîmes airport located about 1 hour and 50 minutes away by car.
Other remarks
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, 19€/room).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation is accessible by a staircase, the garage is on the same level and the living area is on a half floor.
- Available on request from our service provider on site: an extra bed, a baby bed with mattress, a bed barrier, a high chair and a chair booster for children.
- Garage dedicated to the storage of furniture, no possibility of parking.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
