The holiday flat has a small balcony from the living room with a bistro table and 2 deck chairs facing the lake, as well as a
reading balcony from the twin bedroom facing the lake. LUCI means lights and heralds the dazzling sea of lights over Lake Como that can be enjoyed in the evenings on Lake Como. However, beautiful light accents are also fascinating in the large flat itself.

After a 10-15 min. walk you reach the beaches, some of which are shallowly sloping and offer good sports facilities.

You have mountain and lake views over rooftops and between neighbouring houses.
