Nice bright flat situated in Mijas Costa, very close to the beach, with large sunny terrace. Fully equipped, with independent kitchen and located in a holiday complex with all kind of facilities, children's playground, tennis court, heating, air conditioning in all rooms, communal children's pool, private parking, TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). High speed Wifi.
Located on the Costa del Sol a few minutes from the Mijas Water Park, the Miramar Commercial Park and the beach. 25 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the centre of Marbella and 5 minutes from the centre of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas.
The house is ideal for families with children. There are several restaurants within the urbanisation, as well as a small supermarket, where you can buy fresh fruit and bread, as well as many other products.
