It is located at the bottom of a small dead end made up of several dwellings.
Entertainment every evening on the pier, in July and August.
Ocean beach 20 minutes by car (Plage du Grand Crohot), the Pyla dune 40 km.
The oyster port with its fishing huts, seafood restaurants, walks in the forest, outings organized by the tourist office, kindergartens nearby at Bétey beach, La Dolce Vita cinema with 4 rooms, municipal market open every morning in July and August......
Possibility to visit Bordeaux or Cap-Ferret by bus.
Wooden terrace to enjoy the outdoors.
The living space is located on the ground floor with a beautiful fitted kitchen open to the dining room and the living room.
You will also find a bedroom and a bathroom.
The floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC.
Gazebo, barbecue, garden furniture...
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and the photos are not contractual
Household linen, namely sheets and towels, can be provided to you as an option.
A deposit of €1000 will be requested upon your arrival as well as the tourist tax at the current rate. If the accommodation is not returned in correct condition, part of the deposit will be retained.
Holiday vouchers accepted
A supplement of €30 will be requested for any arrival between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and any departure before 7 a.m., and €50 for all arrivals after 10 p.m.
