Rien, appartement en état d'usage mais parfaitement équipé .
Le frigo aurait besoin de certains éléments neufs mais fonctionne parfaitement.
Emplacement idéal et surtout parking privé.
Vue sur mer exceptionnelle.
Gâché par le peu d'investissement dont fait preuve la propriétaire

L'emplacement. La vue sur mer, la propreté de l'immeuble et la sécurité mise en place.
Un micro-ondes rouillé à l'intérieur. Une baignoire avec le fond rouillée
Pas de plats très peu de vaisselle les sols tachés par l'usure des portes qui frottent au sol difficiles à ouvrir.
Des matelas tachés.
