This cottage, opposite the owners' house, housed in a former farmhouse, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries while remaining close to the region's main tourist attractions.
Just 1.5 km from Châteaudun town center, you can visit its majestic castle overlooking the Loir, stroll through the ancient streets, or discover the Foulon Caves.
Just 500 meters away, you'll find the Dunois Equestrian Center.
Looking for a getaway? Chartres and its famous Gothic cathedral are only 50 km away, Blois and the Loire Valley châteaux are 60 km away, and Orléans is also 60 km away.
Hiking, fishing, and cycling enthusiasts will also find numerous trails and nature spots nearby.

Tout était absolument parfait. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins. Il fait très calme et le lieu est de toute beauté et très bien entretenu. Je recommande à 100%.
De plus Châteaudun est une très belle ville médiévale.
Tout était impeccable, rien à redire.
Parfait ! Nous reviendrons et avons donné l’adresse au reste de la famille et amis 🙂

L’emplacement ,les bâtiments et notre petit gîte chaleureux qui est très bien placé pour nous car à 6 km de notre maison familiale et à 2mn de Châteaudun,son marché du Jeudi,son superbe château et la vallée du Loir si inattendue après la vaste plaine de Beauce….
Juste de bons oreillers carrés pour pouvoir bouquiner au lit confortablement !😉
