Pros - location, views over the marina, spacious, well equipped kitchen, large terrace which gets sun most of the day, two large comfortable sofas.
Cons - needs some TLC (e.g. several broken floor tiles, some electrical sockets loose, shower needs re-sealing, pillows require replacing). Also, no shade or parasol for terrace which gets very hot and air con is in bedrooms only.
