It is situated in a residential area and by the sea. Upon the client's arrival, a deposit for the apartment and a bank account number for its subsequent refund will be requested.
This deposit will generally be returned in full via bank transfer within 24 to 72 hours, provided the apartment is left in the same condition as it was received.
Alternatively, the deposit can be guaranteed by credit/debit card. Key collection will take place on the day of arrival at the Reception of the apartments “ALBIR CONFORT – Avenida”, located at El Albir, Bulevar de los Músicos, nº 15.
Check-in to the apartment should be between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

We kindly request prior confirmation of your arrival time.

Het appartement is gehorig, mn het gebruik van het toilet en douche bij de bovenburen, was voor mij letterlijk te horen.
Dit vond ik storend
Netjes, schoon en ruim. 1e etage geen fijne plek.

Appartement was ruim en schoon.
Het contact met Holidu via de chat tijdens het boeken verliep goed.
Het bleek dat de appartementen direct aan de staat staan. Ondanks dat we maanden vooraf hadden geboekt kregen we een appartement op de 1e etage. Daar kan je vanaf de straat zo op het balkon stappen. Geen privacy. Bovendien was het slot van de schuifpui van het balkon kapot. Zo te zien was al vaker ...
